What it does

Foreman runs the paperwork of a small trade business from your pocket: jobs, time, photos, quotes, invoices, and who still owes you. Made for plumbers, electricians, builders, painters, handymen and anyone who works job to job.

• Quote, then work, then get paid. Write a quote with materials and labor, share it as a PDF, and turn it into a job with one tap when the client says yes. Quotes never use up your free jobs.
• Know who owes you. The Money tab shows what is outstanding, what is overdue and what you collected this month. Record deposits and part payments; the PDF gets a PAID stamp.
• Priced the way you quote. Markup on materials, expenses, discounts, tax (VAT, GST, sales tax), your currency, your logo and your payment terms.
• A clock that bills. Clock in on arrival and out when you leave; the hours become a labor line. Round up to 5, 15 or 30 minutes. One clock runs at a time.
• Photos, addresses, clients. Attach photos, find the job site address as you type, and call, email or get directions with a tap.
• At a glance. On iPhone and iPad, a Home Screen widget shows what you are owed and which job is on the clock.

Privacy in one paragraph

Your jobs stay on your device and, on iPhone, iPad and Mac, in your own private iCloud. Foreman has no accounts, no ads and no tracking, and from version 1.1 no analytics or crash reporting either. The full privacy policy says the same at more length.
