Squiggo

What it does

Squiggo is a drawing-lesson and painting app for children. A friendly buddy shows how to draw something step by step, and your child draws along with a finger or a pencil.

• 60 drawing lessons. From Easy to Tricky, plus Cartoon pals and Storybook friends, each shown one stroke at a time.
• Tutor mode. Dotted lines to copy any picture, or one of 12 scenes.
• Free painting. Crayon, marker, paint, glitter, stickers and a colour mixer, with undo, select, move and resize, layers, zoom, and your own pictures to add.
• Make your own buddy. Draw one, or turn a photo into a buddy right on the device, and give it face parts.
• A wall of finished pictures, button sounds and a spoken buddy voice.

Requires an iPhone or iPad with iOS 17 or later, or a Mac with macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Android tablets are coming.

Privacy in one paragraph

Squiggo has no ads, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking, and it uses no network at all. Pictures stay on the device unless a grown-up shares one. The full privacy policy says the same at more length.
