Foreman

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Foreman ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Last updated October 2026.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

3. Foreman Pro

Foreman Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited jobs. Payment is charged once to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the purchase can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple. On Android, the purchase is made through Google Play, charged to your Google account, restored on devices signed in with the same Google account, and refunded under Google Play's policies. People who subscribed to the monthly Foreman Pro subscription sold in version 1.0 keep Pro while that subscription is active; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates the law or these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design and code in the App are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Quotes and invoices you make are your own documents; check amounts, tax and local requirements before you send them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted is your acceptance of them.
