By downloading or using Foreman ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.
Foreman Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a current period.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
